The following turnaround is from the day you place your order to the day you receive it at your door.
* If you choose the Express service, we will start working on your order right away! You can choose this service at the shopping cart page. The cost of this service is additional 15 %.
** If you want to reduce the shipping by several days, you can choose our Express Shipping service! You can make this choice after approving the painting, so there is no rush – you can decide later! The price varies from 30 $ - 130 $. This depends upon the choice of framing and the size of the painting.
We offer express service, which allows your order to be in the front of the queue! That means you can make your turnaround time shorter only for an additional 15%! You can check out the exact turnaround times here.
Of course, we do! By choosing Express Shipping, you are reducing the shipping and delivery time by several days! You can make this choice after approving the painting. The price of Express Shipping varies $30 - $130. This depends upon the choice of framing and the size of the painting.
The modification time can take as little as only 1 day! However, it varies from 1 to 3 days depending on the type your request(s).
Taking into consideration the size of products, shipping to APO, FPO, or PO Boxes is NOT possible.
Well, the safe delivery of the products is a top priority for us! Your artworks will be wrapped in various protective layers, placed in a hard-shelled box and marked as “fragile” by our caring and attentive shipping team!

Prices and Payments
The prices of our paintings vary. The cost depends upon the size and the number of subjects in the work. Capturing the faces of each and every subject requires thorough work, time and necessary skills. But you don’t need to worry - our designers pay attention to every single detail! For this reason, the number of subjects in the picture determines the complexity of the painting. We will provide the price of the picture based on the complexity! Want to know more about pricing? At the initial stage, while placing an order, you will be asked to pay a 20% deposit. After the final draft of the work is approved, the remaining 80% balance will be charged from your account.
We do offer 2 types of payment plans only for US customers. These options can be used for paying 20% deposit and 80% balance payment

- 4 bi-weekly payments using your card (via QuadPay)
- 6 monthly payments using PayPal (via PayPal Credit). Note that this option is valid only for payments over $99).

There are three framing options available:
- Rolled – your order will be shipped rolled in an art tube.
- Framed – order will be delivered framed, ready to to be hanged on the walls and appreciated!
- Gallery Wrap – your order will be shipped gallery wrapped.
All frames are made of solid wood.
You don’t have to worry about that! We try to make this process as simple as possible, but some photos are too “heavy” or the formats of images are not supported by our website!

Our artists need at least 3x3 inches of canvas/paper to paint faces. That is why, adding multiple subject to smaller canvases limits the artist’s capabilities to provide the highest-quality, detail-oriented artwork.
Therefore, we had to limit the number of subjects for some sizes. We hope you understand that providing you with quality products remains the top priority for us!
For painting faces, our artists need at least 3x3 inches on the canvas/paper to provide you with the highest-quality, detail-oriented product! A canvas/paper smaller than 8x10 inches will limit artists’ capabilities to display clear facial details or background elements.
Surely! You have the opportunity to let us know about each and every change you wish to have made to your picture and we will make that happen!

There is no straight and correct answer to that question! It usually depends upon personal, individual taste. However, we do suggest you browse our oil, charcoal, pastel, watercolor, pencil and acrylic galleries so that you can decide for yourself!
