Our graphic designers create a digital mock-up of your portrait and send it to you for approval. You can ask for modifications and upload additional photos from your user-friendly dashboard.
The approved image is sent to our artist who begins painting your portrait. The artist will take a picture of the portrait and send it to you for approval. You'll be able to ask for any modification here as well!
Choose from a variety of payment options, including Klarna and Paypal, to finalize your payment. That's it! Your portrait will be packaged and shipped to you.

Our team does everything to help you receive your custom acrylic painting as soon as possible, but frankly, turnaround time depends on the following factors:
- The type of service - Standard service takes a bit longer than express service.
- The option of shipping - You can choose either standard or express shipping, and here as well, turnaround times are different.
- The medium you picked - While acrylic paintings dry quickly, some mediums need a bit longer time.
- The size of your acrylic painting - The bigger the canvas size, the more time our qualified artists need to turn your picture into an acrylic painting.
In case you wonder, here is the exact number of days by the preferred service:
- Regular service takes 28-32 days - And it’s free!
- Express service takes 26-28 days - And it costs an additional 15%.
- Express Service + Express Shipping requires 11- 24 days - And the price varies from $30 to $130.
We offer express service, which allows your order to be in the front of the queue! That means you can make your turnaround time shorter only for an additional 15%! You can check out the exact turnaround times here.
Of course, we do! By choosing Express Shipping, you are reducing the shipping and delivery time by several days! You can make this choice after approving the painting. The cost of the express shipping is additional 15 %.
The modification time can take as little as only 1 day! However, it varies from 1 to 3 days depending on the type your request(s).
Taking into consideration the size of products, shipping to APO, FPO, or PO Boxes is NOT possible.

Capturing the faces of each and every subject requires thorough work, time and necessary skills. But you don’t need to worry – our designers pay attention to every single detail! We will shoot a video of the whole process of painting, from the beginning to an end. We will edit it into a 2-minute time-lapse and send it to you via e-mail. That way, you can observe how the artist creates your very own portrait.

Our artists need at least 3×3 inches of canvas/paper to paint faces. That is why, adding multiple subject to smaller canvases limits the artist’s capabilities to provide the highest-quality, detail-oriented artwork.
Therefore, we had to limit the number of subjects for some sizes. We hope you understand that providing you with quality products remains the top priority for us!
For painting faces, our artists need at least 3×3 inches on the canvas/paper to provide you with the highest-quality, detail-oriented product! A canvas/paper smaller than 8×10 inches will limit artists’ capabilities to display clear facial details or background elements.

There is no straight and correct answer to that question! It usually depends upon personal, individual taste. However, we do suggest you browse our oil, charcoal, pastel, watercolor, pencil and acrylic galleries so that you can decide for yourself!

It is not possible to directly communicate with artists, however, they will receive all of your input, feedback, comments and modification requests! Our customer service team and studio managers will make sure of that!
